Rich has been active realtor for over 35 years which lead him into establishing Schultz Builders with his brother, Jim, over 30 years ago. Rich’s experience in understanding the market, working through 1000’s of transactional home sales, and working with a team that can deliver on a high level of client expectation allows him to deliver the home of our clients dreams, year- in and year- out. Rich is loving his years with his children and, now, grandchildren, as well as boating, golfing, and travel.
