Jim Schultz

Jim graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Shortly after graduating, Jim spent a few years in the field of construction as a framer and carpenter, prior to partnering with his brother, Rich, over 30 years ago to establish Schultz Builders. Jim’s primary role is to oversee our production team and work with the project managers and in- house designers to construct a home that meets or exceeds the clients expectations. Jim values time with his family, boating, golfing, and other outdoor activities.
